I have purchased aquapure nanopurifier on 9th feb. after 2 days they installed the unit but the unit didnt work at all, installation guys told they will replace the unit by next day and went. till now none came back. whenever calling customercare, they informs Service person will attend surely by tomoorow, but i dont know when That TOMMORROW comes......

Bad Product and Service
We purchased Aqua Pure RO - a water purifier system for our home in March 2011, since then the product has been needing repair every month now. The service is very poor and there is absolutely no follow up on the complaints made to their customer care division, even this time around we have lodged our complaint some 4-5 days back and still despite calling them everyday numerous times, nobody has turned up.
