i am using appliance of eureka forbes named aquasure supreme 1800 , i purchased it didnt know much about the assembly of the machine i bought , so called them up to install it for me but after calling them for about 15 times , they are just not responding to my complain and on the top of that i called the branch head in jaipur region for aquasure , guess what same style like the customer care she also not responded to any of the complaints...

No response from the company for change of cartridge

Purchase Aquasure water purifier in October 2009.From last 2 month try calling all franchisees and call center number to know how too change cartridge.but even call center personnel not responding to the query.registered on last monday i.e.29/03/2010 fro cartridge change and response from opposite side was that person will come in 2 days time but still nobody came.alsotry calling agency from where i buy the product but phone no are not reachable.due...
