I vaishali .A Dawane has purchased a aquasure purifier on 27.9.2012.code(smart TUV) from Thane .I have done AMC in the yr.2014. No one has turned up.I am not at all happy witht the company service. They are only after AMC contract which they do not go for.i sencerely request the company to look into the matter....

I had bought Auqa Sure water purifier (Naturals) Product last july 2011... At the time of selling, the sales manager Venkatesh told and promised me that warranty would be for 2 years. within 3 months itself, Aqua sure purifier got problem, stopped functioning.. I called sales person and told to replace the entire unit, as it got problem in 3 months.. but they simply refused and told me that they will repair the parts...

Recently in month of Oct, 30th 2011, i bought Aqua sure Amrit from Authorized dealer Vijay Sales in Ulhasnagar. Its not even 2 months i am facing filtration issues, water is not purifying even after changing or washing the mechanism installed inside. Koi bi ake ab thak chek nahi kiye, Ye hai aap logonka customer service.bohath kushi hai ye jo purchase kiya, aur aapke service ko tharif karna chahiye?

I bought Aquasure Water Purifer from Croma with extended warranty for 2 years a year back. Purifier was not fuctioning properly and the complaint was made 18.08.2010. After several call and reminders today, I was asked to call up Croma Extended Warranty No. [protected]. From where just now I got new Complaint No. i.e. 2587.

My complaint is, if they would have told on 18.08.2010 that we have to call up Croma,...

I have contacted customer care for an filter cartridge 10 days before. I have been given a complaint no. also. A company rep from Bidhan Nagar , Durgapur called me once stating that the required size of filter element is not available at present and the same will be delivered once the item of required type and capacity comes in the stock.
