Hi
I bought Hyundai i20 CRDI asta on june 2010. I did every service exactly within given specification in Arasu hyundai, they never delivered my car in promised date. AC compressor blow off in 10 days from purchase, but got changed in warranty.
plastic parts are scratched by them and never fit properly.
Service person once spoke with an attitude. "do whatever you can sir, dont bug us"
repeated problems...

Poor Coordination of salesperson

I hv purchased i10 from Arasu Hyundai and took delivery on 6th April 2011. Mr.Sivakumar in the sales team was co-ordinating for the sales of i10 from Arasu Hyundai for me. His service was very much poor and I thought this is the right forum to highlight about the same. When I reached for the delivery of the car at about 1630 hrs. on 6th april 2011 he was not available and when I enquired about him thru' his collegues I was informed...
