Please don't buy flats built by ARK Builders. I bought one in their Bollarum project. They provided very cheap electricity transformers and it goes off every month and we had spent many nights without sleep due to lack of electricity. Also, no municipal water connection for the past 6 years. None of their promises have been fulfilled. Cheap company...

I booked a 2 BHK flat in ARK homes, Bollarum by ARK builders, by paying Rs.20, 000 in 2009 September by trusting them, as they told, they got GHMC approval already by then and also their project is already approved by national banks. I enquired and waited for almost 6 months, but as banks said they dont have any approval with ARK homes name. So, I purchased another flat in another project and told them to cancel my booking and refund my amount...
