Dated 28/01/2020 is not received yet and now that site is also not working...

I ordered but not received any product plz the same day this is bogus company artradco is cheating don't buy i ordered but not received no response order no 7401 29 feb 2020...

I check that's fraud company from arshbir enterprises amritsar. There is no any contacts details for that still this website is cheating indian and other consumers so need action against this artradco.in company...

That is fake site plz aware about when i was transaction via paypal they refund me but via credit card no response...

Placed order for redmi note 8 pro, paid amount ₹10, 999 on credit card. But didn't get any info regarding the delivery date, etc. Lately realised that it's a fake website through a search. I'm in a panic as i've ordered with my dad's money.. Though i've shown him (He also thought it was legit) but this happened.. Hoping a help by complaining in this website. Thank you....

I had ordered few items like dry fruits online through this website on 03, march 2020.

there is no way, we contact them. it is a fraud company. I lost around 1400rs.

hope all beware of such fake online shopping sites.

how can an online shopping company exist like this.

is there no control on them by any statutory agencies.

I ordered few items on artradco on jan-11 with orderid 5257 and when i called them to refund or deliver my items then they misbehave on call and they sent some auto generated messages to my mobile and asked me to forward to them. They wanted to activate something through that message. Ita really fake. How can we take refund not sure.. Pls help. I saw a lot of complaints later in this website. It is more than a month neither refund nor delivery...

The total order amount i had placed is 1790 and uptill now there is no response from them web site all they show on their web site is that the order is under process i have written mails to them but their is no response my order numbers are dated 28 jan amount 1790. Order no 7014 amount 1790and number mentioned in contact details and the complaint mail also does not go from there website...

I have ordered dry fruits through artradco site on 29th jan 2020 and made online payment vide transaction id: 39r160604f097991r for rs 1657.00 for order no 7063 but the seller has not yet responded regarding the order, that is to say that they did not bother to provide any message regarding confirmation about delivering the said items. Finally, i have cancelled the order. But that too has gone in vain till date they are showing as cancel...

This company is fraud, i did not know that this was a fraud site. The site is well laid out. So customers can get easily fooled. Someone has put in this much efforts to create an elaborate site to cheat.
I paid 380 rupees payment as on 28.01.2020. Did not hear from them afterwords.

I disputed my card payment. Since it's a amazon card i am hoping i get my money back....

I ordered two dry fruit items on Artradco.in on 27th Jan.'20 and online payment made through Debit card. Afterward I am not able to contact them and there is no contact details. Only one mail came from them saying "we've received your order #6974, and it is now being processed: " from mail id "Artradco.in " I feel now that it is FAKE site and I have lost my money. Can you help me in this issue please....

I order multiple items in Artradco.in on 1 week back, i will make online payment as well, But i did't get any items from them.I try to reach customer care they provide fake details.
I already done payment but no response from them, kindly take care of my issue resolve ASAP.
Its looks like fake online shopping site maybe, because no response from them....
