I booked a flat with ARUNDEV builders for a flat in shahpura.They took 49000 in two instalments.The construction has just not started even after 4 yrs.I demanded return of investment.After many attempts they gave me PDC of 49000 which bounced in oct'10 .They issued 2 cheques of 25000 each which also returned in dec'10.They are not picking my phone now.When i went to their office i saw many people with the same problem.Now i feel...
