Try to provide better staff .. I changed my boarding point and informed them 3 hours before.. and i called them more than 4 tyms to know their proper location.. They didn't even care to pick me from my point and some how i chased and entered But thn they insulted me infront of all the passengers..I'm not traveling for a free service.. i paid for my travel so it's ur travels...

I booked atlas bus from bangalore to kattappana on 11 jan 18 in lower birth. L4. When i came to board the bus, they informed me the bus has changed and promised i will be able to travel in the same bus till thadiyampadu. And provided me with an upper birth. U12. However when we reached kambam, they asked us to change the bus and got a last raw upper birth. When i asked why is it happened, they insulted me infront of all the travellers. I...

We have booked two tickets from bangalore to kumily on 27/12/2016 for 25/01/2017 journey which was one month in advance via paytm platform. But today, 22/01/2017, they have cancelled those tickets and also the bus for the route and time is available for double rate. When contacted them, they were rash and asked us to book the ticket with the new rate. This is totally unacceptable and moreover we don't have anyother options left.
