ATM withdrawal failure and amount debited

I went to ATM to withdraw money but i don't get money from ATM machine but amount is debited from my account (9000/-) and on that day trasaction silp was also not avilable so i don't have proof accept passbook update...

Phone banking

Today evening (23rd May 2017) my dad got call from these two numbers (Mobile No:[protected],[protected] for asking ATM bank account details and they miss used his information, my dad is from village so he does not aware of the information so he gave OTP password and the frauders taken money Rs.6000 to their paytm account .
When i called back them they are speaking in abuses language...

Problems in withdrawal through ATM Card

Sir I have a DSP account No [protected], which is opened at SBI Dimapur (Nagaland) with ATM Card facility. My 2nd ATM Card is not properly working. At the time of withdrawal of amount from ATM Machine, the Card is processing upto the column = enter your amount. But at the time of processing the amount, ATM Machine is displaying that your PIN is wrong. My second ATM Card No is [protected], 736.

ATM Transaction

I had done an ATM transaction in a NON SBI bank ATM, the transaction was invalid but the amount was deducted from my account. When I call the customer care, they asked me to report to the bank. When I visited the bank branch (MY SBI account is in Coimbatore), they doesn't even look at the transaction slip and not even respecting the customer. MISUSE

Somebody somehow used my sbi atm card and withdrew 1500.00 Rs.on 12th March 2010 and placed the card in my son's poket again after use when he was sleeping with friends in hostel.

i would ilke to know the exact time o[censored]se , from which ATM counter money were withdrawan and if possible to have picture of that person who used that card on that date from specific ATM counter - from your CCTV so i can complaint to Principal...
