ATM cash withdrawal

I am Debnath Duary, my acc no is 01xxxx12xxx644.My home branch is Purulia, west bengal...Now i am at Paradeep, Orrisa...When i withdraw At SBI atm paradeep vazar yesterday ₹500 rupees two times, transaction fail show, but 1000 rupees cut from my acoount..I go to sbi atm branch, he tell go to home brach in west bengal .but I cant go Now...TXN no-128 & 1299 time 17:47 & 17:46.reference no[protected] &[protected]....

wrong debit after declining payment

I purchased some items in Spencers, Bangalore on 20.03.2012. I gave my SBI ATM Debit Card for payment. The counter staff swiped the Card and informed me that payment declined inspite of balance available in my S.B.A/c with SBI. Luckily I had another ATM Debit Card and made payment through other card.
