To All the investors in Avani Realtors: I am one of the investor from Hyderabad and have been in touch with Mr Parag, MD but haven't received any payment. I have been waiting for the payment for the past 3 months. He is postponning the payment on every week. It is the right time now all the Hyderabad investors join and take the appropriate action. Fraud
Hello Friends, Please be cautious of dealing with Avani Realtors, based out of Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkatta and Chennai. Parag Patel(director) is a fraudster who cons people by offering finance schemes which give more than 200% returns. In Mumbai they have launched a scheme of plots near Mumbai outskirts. They did big advertisements in Mirror & Mid day for quite a while and now have suddenly disappeared. None of their staff responds...

Cheque dishonoured
We ( four colleagues) had invested Rs. 4 Lakhs with Avani Realtors,Goregaon,Mumbai in their scheme which promised returns of 20% per month.
However their cheques started bouncing soon. All phone calls were not taken. When we managed to meet their director Dakshita ( the promoter Mr. Parag Patel seems to be in hiding !) she was elusive and said you submit the cheques again and they will be honoured. Again we submitted and again...
