Telephone faulty connection

My landline is not working and i am facing ths problem from last 5 month. i have complaint so many times in BSNL office. prob is that to change d wire from tower to my house and wire is not properly connected. so that it broke. everytime i go to department they were not taking any action on it. i have complaint about 7 to 8 times. they are not doing their duties properly....

Internet network is very very poor

Sir, I charged my b.s.n.l prepaid sim with 3G FACILITY.IT COSTS RS 56 FOR 250M.B valid for 28 DAYS.it gives almost all the time less speed than 2G.manytimes in a day it shows no internet network.its harassing feeling.i am feeling cheated. taking balance without confirmation

I am using a prepaid card and I am receiving unncessary messages from BZ 59898030 stating Rs 8 has charged to ur account. I did not subscribe to any of the services specially BZ. My mobile no is [protected]. this has happened fourth time. I did call to the callcentre 1503 but there was no response 4rm them.

Kindly look into the matter....

i can't dial new mobile no series that start with 95 or 97 (ie 95xxxxxxxx * 97xxxxxxxx )

Refund of Money
