I'm not able to track my device anymore and they've told me that the repair is complete and the next last two steps is sending back and getting delivered to me. From that stage onwards. I can't track my device using any job number or ticket number because this b2x tracking site is not reachable so that they are saying that I have to contact B2X technical team and I couldn't do that....

My Google Pixel 4a phone screen got cracked on Feb 15th '23 and paid more than Rs. 10, 000 for repair/replacement - #GL0155287 #JOB211410.

By April end, the screen started developing ink kind of blotches on the screen and within 3-4 days, the entire screen was almost opaque black. They didn't respond to my queries sent to googlepixel.[protected]@b2x.com. No helpline number also given.

So, I raised a support request...

My new google pixel 7pro was over heating, during a star gazing trip, weather was foggy. Next day the phone started forming moisture in the lens . I contacted google support explained the issue and asked for a replacement . I had tried reaching flipkart for a replacement in the 1st week of purchase they dint have option and asked me to go to google support .

Google service arranged for pickup from B2x, it was sent to mumbai...

On 25th May, I had raised a ticket with B2X for repairing my pixel device. They had sent me quotation which agreed upon I made the payment of the quoted amount and they collected the device. I have been trying to reach them, but I am unable to contact them to track the status of the repair and when it would be sent back. The ETA keeps on getting delayed. I don't even know if I will get back my device....

My device has not sent back to me after repair.

As per company they asked me to resign then, then i resigned from the company on 10/11/2020 they said FNF will be cleared in upcoming 45 days but now its been more then 45 days they are not even answering my calls and not responding and after having talk with on of HR she said i do not when your FNF will be cleared and they are also not responding on mails as well.

Hi, this is regarding my pixel phone which had charging issue so after chatting through google support they scheduled a pickup for my phone on 23rd of july 2020 and as per b2x tracking first it was supposed to be delivered back to me by 7th of august 2020 but it was not delivered, so sent a mail regarding this to b2x but got a reply stating its under diagnosis so again checked and the delivery date was changed to 15th of august but still...

I have send the device twice for warranty service to b2x service, which claim to be service partner with google phones in india. Instead of changing microphone they find scratches on phone and sendind me huge amount of bill of estimate to make the repairs. Say 9000k for microphone complaint, which is very common...

I submitted MY moto g 3 for display issue on 20th june at b2x motorolla service centre.they said it will be repaired ini 7 days after 7 days i visited service then they said it will be deleivered in one Or two days but still now i could'nt got MY phone. Now they said your mobile part didnt arrive. I m very frustaited from their side and this is not fair that out Of warranty phone repairs on time and for in warranty phone they Have no time...

This is the waste service center i ever seen, they charge more money and no senior will available in center and i have a warrenty for 1year with in 3months phone get hang up issue and i call customer care about this issue they also took lite and supported for service center....

I visited the B2X service center in F.C. Road, Pune on 28.12.15 for the mobile charger that stopped working.And got no reply from them ever since.On 20.1.16 i visited the service center and they provided me with a charger which isn't the lenovo vibe p1 fast charger but an ordinary lenovo charger rated 5.2V 2A.

i talked to them about it but they told me this is what they can give me.please assist me as i want the 12V lenovo...
