Dear sir/madam,
My friend paid rs.2127 through your app to bags planet in november 2017. The tracking shows that 3 bags are despatched on 2.12.2017. The items are not yet delivered. The bags planet does not have any contact numbers! Very strange. Also the bags planet has two head offices one in up and another in gujrat without any phone numbers.. Again very strange and surprising. The items advertised are of very high and good quality...
