I applied for transfer of agency with all necessary papers.They are not issuing NOC.Not even ready to acknowledge letters.We are bound to send it by post....

Complaint against Insurance agent

Dear Sir,
I have a Capital Unit Gain Policy with Baja Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. done through an Insurance agent. My premium falls due on 8th march of every year. The last premium was due on 08.03.2009.I had already paid the premium amount to the agent in Jan'09 through a cheque. The cheque was encashed but the premium is still not paid. Recently, I received a letter from Bajaj Allianz stating that the policy stands lapsed...
