I have ordered a lehnga but i got other product with very poor quality. Now i have sent mail and also try to call ob given numbers. But all wasted as call can not be connected.
I really feel that this is a fraud site and also cheating customers.

I had ordered 2 silk sarees on may 1st, 2019 from banarasstyle.com. When the item was delivered today, to my surprise i got only one saree and that too was very different and a lot cheaper product than the one i had ordered. The product was altogether having a different design, color etc. I have sent an email to the support team and have sent a message on facebook messenger asking for a refund, but i have not got any response still. I had ordered a silk purple color saree of rs 1350 (Image attached) whereas i received a
Completely different cheap product of parrot green color (Image attached) that won't even cost 250/300 rs.
I tried calling their support number which is not at all accessible where all the incoming calls are blocked.
The site is a complete fraud and they are just cheaters.
Please take some strict action against them....

I ordered a saree worth 1090 on 18th April but some other saree is delivered which does not even seem to be 300 rs. Their phone # mentioned in the website does not work nor do they reply to emails. This is really serious that they cheat so openly. Strict action should be taken on fraudsters of this site. I see many have raised similar complaints about this site and hence request you to take appropriate action on people who run this and cheat...

I have ordered a soft silk saree on 24th april 2019 costing rs.1190/-. But received a synthetic saree which is not even worth for rs.200/-. I have sent mail to the website of the company but there is no response, their contact number is also not working. I want to return the product as soon as possible. I got a saree from a website, banarastyle.com . It’s not the same as shown in the website. It’s not Worth the money also .
