I had purchased a 4 wheeler battery from Base. the dealer gave me a warranty of 18 months but after 16 months the battery is not working properly. and i have contacted the dealer but he is not responding to me then i contacted the customer care of the company and submitted a complaint. they said that they will respond in 72 hrs but 1 week has passed there is no response from them and when i call them again they always say that wait for 1...

UPS is not giving Power backup

We bought a UPS wiTh 2 Base Batteries from SV Powertech Bangalore on 1st Aug,2011 and is under Warranty until 14Th April ,2013.

This is an important mail regarding my base battery which has serial no BTMF40B19R.
Few days ago I registered a complaint about my battery under complaint no. 29316 since then I have made many calls to the toll free no. but instead of giving any assistance they forward me to nearest service centre. I had no problem with this until any service provider would come to my residence and solve my problem....
