I placed chicken dum biryani order through zomato today at 8:20 pm but bawarchi restaurant, labbipet branch sent me mutton biryani which is very worst to taste. Please take immediate action and send me chicken biryani or return my money. Moreover they are not giving proper reply. They even don't sent bill through zomato personal...

Dear Sir,
I visited this restaurant on 4th August 2013. They debited Rs 353 from my debit Card(HDFC Bank),
but said that the transaction has failed, so i paid them Rs 353 in cash.
But when i checked my account statement the amount was deducted 4 times out of which it was reverted only 3 times.
But now the Bawarchi Restaurant manager is refusing to pay mine money back.
Hoping to get...
