Beautifulsaree.com is a cheat business. I want to buy a saree from here but which saree I ordered that not come to me. I mail them with my order number. I also WhatsApp them. But they didn't reply. I try a number of times. I saw this website at facebook. I saw many sarees but among them one saree attracted me more. I ordered this saree. I received an ordered saree from the site and got a saree with the worst material and the color of the saree i opted was not the one which i got. Moreover, when i asked for a return, they asked me to courier it back which brings me more loss. And when i asked them to send their delivery person for returning the saree, there were no response from their side.

Terribly unsatisfied and disappointed by the services of the site....

I ordered a red soft silk saree on 15th july but yesterday as on 22nd july i received the order but it was totally different. I mailed at the given email id for refund. Also i’ve been calling continuously but the number says switched off. My order number was 47005. I paid 1150/-. I want an immediate refund else i’ll be forced to file a complaint against these people....

I ordered a beautiful blue saree a month ago and received a cheap 100/- worth saree, that looked completely different.
The website has not provided us with a refund, have not responded to any of my emails. We have continuously called them and tried to talk to them, there has been no response from them.
Illegally stealing money using fraud products from middle class families, especially when i ordered that saree for my mother...

I ordered 2 sarees from this website. But I was very very disappointed and angry seeing the package I received. The website claims that the material is soft silk. But the product recieved is of very cheap quality and is definitely not silk. The product received is not even worth 500 INR. But I was cheated and I ended up paying 4 times the amount.
Don't buy anything from this fraudulent company....

I had placed an order on this site on april 21st, 2019 for the following items
1) black colour kanhjivaram saree - rs. 1999
2) maroon colour soft silk designer saree - rs. 1299
3) navy blue colour tapeta silk lehenga choli - rs. 1799

Shipping rs. 100/ total order value rs. 5197.
I got a message back saying order has been accepted and will let me know when the same has been shipped. After that there...

I received my order [protected]@30193 and pay rs1999 with shipping charge product is totally different, duptta is too short work finishing very bad bottom and duppta quality is very cheap. Try to contact him all given number switched off and what's up has no replyand no information any massage i send mail within 24 hours but no response. I want to refund my amount actual amt. I have bought lehenga from the beautifulsaree.com on 25th march 2019. Received the parcel from 29th march 2019.
The product quality is really worst. Even the dupatta color is totally diffrennt. They have shown the dupatta of sky blue color and reveived the dupatta of cheap pink color. The net quality is really cheap.
I have contacted the supplier for refund and return. Their whats app last seen is of 25th march, the same day...

Saw advert of saree online and i liked one. So i pinged that person on whatapp and ordered saree on 12th mar 2019. My order number is 23670. I received order on 18th mar 2019. Price i paid is 1599/- including delivery. Material described was soft silk and i received very cheap material saree which is not soft silk at all. I have ordered gray color saree from beautifulsaree.com but i have received green color saree which is not good as seems online. I have tried to call on provided number and whatsaap also, but till now nobody pick up call or reply me. As i have paid 1800rs to courier boy but still nobody repay me or reply me. I saw advert of saree online and i received a different item. Price i paid is 1549/- including delivery. I received entirely different item. I contacted seller straight away but he is not replying my messages but he is reading it. I sent email on their email id [protected]@gmail.com as well but i have received no reply.
On whataap advert they said it is 5 days return policy. Their whatapp no.[protected]. I want to get full refund...

Frauds!!! They sent me wrong saree. Kept cutting all my phone calls to all 3 of their numbers! Sent them whatsapp messages and audio messages. Even emailed them on [protected]@gmail.com! They have seen all! Have not responded or helped me. They assure returns withn 5 days of receving saree. Thats a lie!!! V v v poor customer servce!! In one word - cheats!!! Quality of product delivered is definitely way inferior to what they claim and...

This place is a total joke. U see all tyese beautiful pictures n such low prices. Its tempting. The product delivered is nothing lile it. Poor quality. N poor product.

Customer service is only good till tye time the product is delivered n money is collected. After tyat a single msg is not replied to.. Notna single call picked up.

Its a complete waste of time n money.
They dont even have the option of...
