Shop keeper take 10 rupees extra for mrp

Sir, the beer shops in my area are selling beers above the mrp printed on the bottles/can around rs10-rs20 on the name of chilling it, and on saying them that they can not charge above mrp they refuse to give the beer and starts fighting, yesterday i went to purchase tuborg beer which have mrp 130 on its can, he asked me rs 150 for each bottle, which is rs20 above from mrp and on opposing he starts fighting and refused to give me the beer, in this way the loot hundreds of consumers everyday and make thousands of rupees illegally. I live in varanasi near bhu campus, pin code - 221005, please take some strict action against these unauthorised and illegal charges charger by wine shops.
