Faulty Router submitted and not getting replaced by Belkin India

I have a BELKIN N150 Router which started malfunctioning within warranty period. On Nov 12, 2013 i submitted the device to their franchise service center after contacting Belkin. I was assured to get a new device in return within 10-12 working days. It never happened.
