gas connection not issue for very long time

I have apply on connection to M/s Bhiwadi Indian Gas Service in the Name of Ram Dutt as on 15.07.2014
Th. Application No. 3840 But i D'nt Received Gas Connection.
Pl. Issue New Connection Immediately

Dear sir,
I have booked my LPG gas cylinder consumer No. 15410 on DTD. 19.08.2010 but till DTD. 4.09.2010 I have not received LPG gas cylinder, After inquiry no any result found.Office people said that your receipt given to Mr. Raju (Distributer) on DTD. 30.8.201. But Raju said that LPG gas cylinder not available in Store. So Iam facing lot of problem. Kindly take the action & solve my problem.

Transfer of Gas Conection
Dear sir,
my Gas conection was with Raghu gas serrvice gurgaon,which I got transfer to Bhiwadi due to shifting of my residence to Bhiwadi.As a part of transferr process I diposited Regulator and gas cylinder to Raghu gas services. on 11.9.2009.
After that when I submitted the same paper to Bhiwadi gas service for getting cylinder and reglaator,They give me one additional paper to be attested from old gurgaon supplier.After submitting...

I am residing in Bhiwadi, Distt.Alwar (Rajasthan). I have got gas connection from Bhiwadi Indane Gas Service (A dealer of Indane Gas in Bhiwadi). The problems are: 1.
