I ordered and paid for a rakshi and kaju katli scheduled to be delivered on 21/08/18. After so many calls they responded and delivered on 25/8/18 but delivered sonpampdy instead of kaju katli. Rakshi was also of very low quality. As i complained of this they said to talk later and cut the phone. It's a fraud company and fool people knowing the fact those who send online can't go to their place to slap them....

Money taken, order not delivered, contacted customer support by email over last 2 weeks, no response, contacted by phone, after lot of attempts someone picked up and informed that money will be returned but still not refunded. I have some chocolates and flowers online by selecting the same day delivery. They accepted but not delivered my order.

I called there customer support many times but not replied even a single time. When I mailed them and asked for my order status they did'nt replied.

I have asked to refund my money but neither they are refunding my money nor they are delivering my order....

My husband ordered a Chocolate Truffle cake with gems and KitKat on 16 sep 2016. I was delivered a plain rectangular Chocolate cake without my name mentioned on that. Then we complained of wrong order delivery. They changed the cake to a round shape with some gems on it. We didn't accept the order. They had charged 2560 rupees from us. We want a refund....

I ordered a cake for 04th August. On the delivery date page, it defaults to 4th August . Hence, I understand that same day delivery has been accepted . However when I called to confirm, he hung up the phone even before I finished speaking. I called again and again and they kept disconnecting.
They talked in a sarcastic and unethical manner. I asked for a cancellation but they spoke rudely and informed that it cant be cancelled.br...
