Due for my tata docomo post paid is rs 655/- due date was 3rd nov, but i paid online amount rs 660/- on 26th october (Transaction number is ecmp[protected]).

Again rs 655/- paid by smart pay automatically (Transaction number is txhc21328636.)on 27th october. Now i want to dis continue with tata docomo. So, i want to refund my money...

I am using the cable tv service of ORTEL Communication, rkl, Odisha, since last 1.5 years but during the month of Jan'15 I have faced poor picture quality & registered the complain via their IVRS for more than 5 to 6 times during FEB'15 to APR'15.
