I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club card in which my almost 10, 500 Rs amount is left but without customer letting this know, big bazaar is closed now. You haven't given any instruction to customer by email, message, call that how we will get/claim our card balance amount. So please return my card balance amount as earliest possible. Your Customer care number is closed. Also your email is not in use anymore. Kindly provide 10500 rupees amount...

I have big Bazar card and, it has a balance of Rs. 11, 000/-. Since Big Bazar has closed, they had given procedure to claim refund. When I sent the complaint on the given email address, its unable reach on that address...

My order was cancelled by big bazar on 25 July and is not yet refunded by them it's being a month....

The Big Bazar Profit Club Membership Amount of Rs10000 with a promise of shopping of Rs. 12000 is not being honoured. Neither the amount is refunded nirdosh payment of Future Pay permitted. Documents like cancelled cheque, Aadhar Card deposited but amount is not being refunded....

Big bazar collect their wastage of fruits and vegetables in back yard of our residence. They have not proper dustbins which they can dispose their waste. Just of these we are suffering from monkeys and flies and dirty smell. Lots of time we warn them. But they did not take serious our problem

I bought fruits and other products along with that i bought nature's classic dates, while i'm having i found that product was with full of poor quality, it's made by poor quality of oil.. It's smells like anything, and i found fungus inside the dates,

This incident happened at jorhat big bazar outlet. We were billing at the counter and it so happened that the surf excel 6 kg bag was torn om the side. There was no one at the counter who could get it exchanged. My mother went all the way back to get it changed and there wasn't any salesperson to lift up the heavy packet and put it on the trolley. She's been suffering from back problem since 20 years now and this is the service you claim...

Today i have visited on sri ganganagar rajasthan big bazaar outlet for shopping. Where i have got 100/- rs sign up bonus in my future pay app. Then after purchasing i have gone on bill counter and say to redeem my wallet balance in my bill but the your store manager mr. Jayanti parshad shukla said if you want to redeem this future pay balance you should be purchasing 3000/- rs bill. And he is very rudely and make very misbehaving...

We went to exchange our clothes and we have asked to wait till the respective person comes form outside and then after waiting for a long time we asked the floor manager to be presented. But he was also unavailable in the mart and they didn't have their contact detail to call then as well. The floor manager should arrange the back ups instead make us waited for a long time. I bought Nandini butter 500gms from big bazar on 3rd January 16. After coming back to home, I realized that the butter is of fungus. I immediately complained them on toll free the next day. They did not resolve the issue so far.They promised that I will receive a response from them with in 48 hours.but no reply. Being such a big company, they are irresponsible. Please control the people who are roaming around and in big bazar by keeping lucky draw coupon in their hand. They are saying that we are the people from big bazar and this is the lucky draw coupon from big bazar. Later on they start to call you and will say that you won three gifts and then will call you at some hotel.
