Hi, when i login to bigflix its asked me to enter credit card details for 1 month free and they will deduct aed 7.29 from my account on 14 sep 2020.

There are no new movies and there is no option for deactivate the account. Please deactivate my account.

Please dont play with your customer money.

I have been cheated. I recharged my Airtel mobile online today. They offered a Bigflix coupon. It offered 45 days trial at INR 1. When I tried redeeming it, it asked me to create a login, which I did. Then it asked me to download the iPhone app, which I did. Although the app store mentioned free app, my credit card got charged with INR 60. That's a fraud. Refund my money. And even then the app doesn't allow me to watch any movies. It wants...

I got a newsletter from BIGFLIX to see the movies @ Rs 1/-. I paid Rs.1/- from my Credit Card last month, but I do not recall subscribed the services. I thought its an one time payment. But this month I see 249 was automatically spent from my card without my information. This wrong and fraudulent behaviour. I find no contact number to complaint as BIGFLIX does not have any contact details working. BIG FLIX please return my money....

Then I can not recall but I may have subscribed thru my IPAD, wherefrom the credit card payments are automatic. Since last few months I have been trying to unsubscribe but it is almost impossible to get the services unsubscribed and stop the autopay debits from my account.

I have renewed my BIGFLIX DVD home delivery subscription on 23 Oct 2011 for 2 years (Offer renew for one year and get 1 year free). Later I came to know that this offer was online despite the fact that Bigflix has discontinued with delivery of DVDs w.e.f. 18th Nov’11.
I don’t have facility of watching online movies and I am not interested in getting complementary CD’s from BigFlix.

This is a big scam. They take the membership money in advance, deliver DVDs promptly for 2-3 days to falsely establish the fact that they provide good service and then disappear after that with no trace. I have called almost everyday for the last 8 days to get a movie picked-up and the next one delivered, but nobody in rental Bigflix is remotely bothered for this basic service running their whole movie rental business....

Sir, My BIGFlix Membership Number is:16488882.. It costs me 1000 rupees for 3 months and CSE Mr. Vadivelu of BIGFlix offered 3+1 month free offer and a gift voucher with a one way trip in Airliner free. This membership will include a DVD a day. This company has been cheating me from day one they deliver me the same movie dvd every day and none of the offers been met and they deney all promises made. Please help.

I had subscribed for Bigflix 3 months (limited) promotional offer and was told that I would be entitled to a scratch card which would lead to certain gifts being gift free of cost. I was not told of any additional costs at that stage. The Scratch Card invariably contains Benetton Sunglasses. They are not delivering the movies on a daily basis (even after standing instruction given to deliver everyday) after repeated complaints and escalations the management of Big Flix is not responding to my plea.

Looks like big flix charge the customer (monthly rental) even incase of not sending the movies.

Bigflix has a very mediocre service quality with the variety and number of movies along with a appallingly unempowered staff.
3 Main Complaints:

1. No one and nowhere was it mentioned that after the closure of account the security eposit money will be refunded only after 5 days.

2. Even after 5 days, I did not revieve my refund back. (Infact till today17th Oct, after 14 days I have not recieved any money...

I am furstrated complaining tirelessly for non-delivery of dvds on time after pick up request has been sent. when called customer care, standard answer is your complain is fwd and you will get dvd asap(god know if they know meaning of asap). when asked for contacting supervisors, he is never present in office at that time. i have made mistake of joining bigflix for 6 months at once. please be careful of BIG HOAX, FLOP show from BIGFLIX!...
