From last 2 months (From april 2018), we are getting error 400 error with bigtv dish. Whenever we call call center they provide same response as "the error is due to technical issue and it would be resolved in 72 hours. We have called them multiple times after regular interval of 72 hours and have received the same response everytime. Hi, I launched a complain to BIGTV CUSTOMER CARE. Customer Complaint Number: [protected], and i had my talk with Ripender Kaur. The complaint executive came on 7th Sept. 2014 and he said there is problem to my adapter but he said he is not having adapter so i can purchase it from local shop and change it.
