add on connection charges

I am having tata sky since more then 10 years. I have taken add on connection few years back which was charged rs. 200 per month at the material time which was increased to ts. 240 and then rs. 400 per month. Since last month i am being charged at the same rate which is being charged on my main connection. If so, then how you can say '"add-on connection""?
