Dear Sir/Madam,
We have lost our bag on 2nd July 2016 during travel from Singapore to Kolkata via Dhaka. My Wife and I regularly communicated with Biman Bangladesh Airlines stuff in Kolkata/Dhaka/Singapore for Bag status. Initially they provided hope that bag will be found and may be in Dhaka airport lost during transit. Now after so many days they have provided the claim form and we have filled up the form with all required...

Baggage Lost
I was a passenger of BG 092 flight, coming from Kolkata to Dhaka on 4th June 2011 at 9.30am. I lost my main bag which contains some valuable items including watch, Mobile Phone, Camera, jewelery, new cloths, shoe, some stationary products and so on. It is really a great trouble for the traveler who wants a peaceful journey and pay a lot to buy the flight ticket. I really very disappoint with the worst service I got from the main airlines...
