Bag Loss report not providing for insurance claim

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have lost our bag on 2nd July 2016 during travel from Singapore to Kolkata via Dhaka. My Wife and I regularly communicated with Biman Bangladesh Airlines stuff in Kolkata/Dhaka/Singapore for Bag status. Initially they provided hope that bag will be found and may be in Dhaka airport lost during transit. Baggage Lost

I was a passenger of BG 092 flight, coming from Kolkata to Dhaka on 4th June 2011 at 9.30am. I lost my main bag which contains some valuable items including watch, Mobile Phone, Camera, jewelery, new cloths, shoe, some stationary products and so on. It is really a great trouble for the traveler who wants a peaceful journey and pay a lot to buy the flight ticket. I really very disappoint with the worst service I got from the main airlines...
