I purchased two batteries Sr. No. 000568, Sr. No. 000569 on 25/03/2013 with 5 years Guarantee. But as on today my both batteries are dead and i want replacement of both the batteries but the company is not giving me the replacement. Kindly help me out in this matter....

i was purchased two Bindal Batteries model no-BT.500 with guarantee period 30 month of purchasing date from KIRAN Batteries authorized dealer of BINDAL Batteries in MUZAFFARNAGAR on 15 feb2008. After three months from purchasing date these batteries not working properly so i have been complied to kiran batteries but he not given proper response for check the batteries....
