LG DVD Mod DV656 which was purchased on 09 Dec 15 from Bismi Pettah Jn under their Inv. 494565 found defective. It was taken back by Bismi on 24 Nov 16 by Mr.Babu for repair or unit replacement. Pls see attd receipt. Since three months I used to give frequent calls to Bismi Customer care mob.[protected] and LG Service rep.Shine.mob [protected]. But I didn't get my unit. Frustrated.
