Blazeflash courier Ltd Complaints & Reviews

I have sent some document through your courier on 8th August from Noida, U.P to Muzaffarpur, Bihar having consignment number:[protected], but even after 10 days it has not reached yet.
I was promised that it will reach in 3 working days. When i track it I could see it has reached Muzaffarpur on 11th August itself but since it has not been delivered since.
I personally called muzaffarpur branch but they are extremely un-responsive....

Some important official bills were courier on 4.6.2013 from Blazeflash Courier Ltd. ,Vaishali to the address of Dr. Sanjay Singh Negi, Assistant Professor, AIIMS Residential Complex, Kabir Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. C.N. No[protected] Booked from Delhi to Local on 11.1.2010 is not delivered till today on 15.1.2010. Complaint no dt 14.1.10 are 921 & R234.Customer care centre is verry verry irresponsible.
