My transection password is blocked after 5 unsuccesful attempts and now we are unable to get otp for resetting the password via email. otp via sms is recieved ....

For past three month I have been writing emails to the Branch Manager, customer care, IT, and Baroda Connect Operation team. They are forwarding my mail to each other without going through the nature of the problem. I feel like the officials at BOB don't care for customers....

BOB Connect - or whatever is all . The NET BANKING never works, ITS ALL A WASTE OF TIME
It always tells you the passwordis INVALID. I got a brand new PASSWORD a few days ago and it STILL DOES NOT WORK.......GROW UP BOB!!!...
