So basically bodyline sports is not keeping the customer informations confidential. We got a call regarding the service towards our treadmill. The person claimed him as a service provider of that particular company and he asked us to take the servicing as it was 4-5 yrs we bought the product but didn't go for any servicing. Then these cheater people came to our house claiming themselves as the service providers and took all the parts of treadmills...

No response of Post selling service under warranty

Respected Sir/Madam,
I bought a Home Gym (Model: G400) on 4th March, 2013 from Bodyline Sports (Avani Riverside Mall 32 Jagat Banerjee Road, Howrah 711101). It costs INR 15900 (amount fully paid at the time of purchase). On 8th March while using I found that two parts (rubbers & adjustible sit) are disputed due to improper installation or as such & lodged a complaint to Service Center (Complain No: 3434) on 9th March....

It was delivered on 21.09.2012 (Fryday) to my home but not ready to
Operate due to some problem arises. Further they come on
23.09.2012 (Sunday) and after fully checked they finally changed the
Cable. On that day they handed over the machine...
