I am a prepaid customer of BPL mobile.Lately I ahve found that they are deducted money from the pre-paid amount without any reasons.I had registered a complaint with their chembur office but find that nothing has improved, There are also a lot o[censored]nsolicited calls for which also I have compalined Hope some thing would be done on this...

Hello Sir,
I am using BPL prepaid mobile service. There is an option in internet banking to recharge prepaid mobile. I recharged through ICICI bank through on line today 1hrs before. But i did not get any recharge. When i had talked to BPL mobile customer care they told me to wait 48hrs for that.Because they have no information regarding that.I have also told to my transaction no and requesting to put a complain.But she denay me...
