I have ordered two juicers from Brandfete.com on August 18th-19th worth almost 1200 rupees. I paid through credit card for the two products. I received a mail from them which contains a thank you note for purchase. I replied to that mail and the mail is not working. I messaged them on Instagram and Facebook pages and no reply from them.

Currently their Facebook page is not available and they have been changing their Instagram...

I have ordered for electric juice blender but received different product 2 in one orange juicer. Tried to contact the brand fete to return but couldn't reach them the website is not working. Contacted the xpress bees courier to return the product but the confirm they don't have the contact details of brand fete so cannot take the return. Want to return the product and refund my money. I ordered electronic juicer from brandfete.com on 22 August 2019 and today 29 August 2019 My grandmother received hand juicer which was wrong product with half open packet and my grandmother told delivery boy it is half opened but still he said I am regular worker don't worry it is correct and took 700 rupees cash on delivery but on packet doesn't mention amount.
