Order not received

Dear Sir/Mam

I have placed order with brandmile.com. I was supposed to receive my order latest by 4 June12. I have not received the order nor any mail from brandmile regarding the delay in my order. I have posted my complaint on their website but they seem to give no attention to my complaints.
Requesting your intervention to help me get my order or my money back.

Non receipt of product even after 25 days

Hi my order number is BMUJ4TMF placed on January 7th 2012. I have not received the delivery of the product even after 23 days and despite my repeated emails to the support team they are not responding the status of the order. Also their support number seems futile as no one responds on the same. makes me anxious about their DIGNITY. I'm still waiting for them to respond. Guys please wake up and act PROFESSIONAL !!...

Non Receipt of Order

I placed an Order with Brandmile on 3rd January 2012.
Reference order No: BMHRA923.
I tried to contact them on various occasions by filling their online contact form but didn't receive any reply from them for days.
Send many email on [protected]@brandmile.com too but they did not respond to that either.
Tried contacting them on +[protected] many times. At one time i got through but the lady on the line said...

DEFECTIVE SHOES RECEIVED

I recently ordered shoes manufactured by this label called 'STOFFA' from BRANDMILE.COM.
i receieved my shipment on time but when i opened my package..the shoes were defective.the ecorative pieces were broken and had cracks.

i placed several complaints with BRANDMILE.COM..but till date i have receivedd no reply back from them.let alone refunding my money or replacing faulty products they have not even acknowledged...
