Claiming to be in affiliation with Publishers Clearing House as the delivery service for a $1,000,000.00 check issued by PCH as the winnings in an email electronic drawing...for a small shipping and delivery fee...totaling $500-$600...to be paid in advance. The first rule of thumb in sweepstakes is that you DO NOT pay to win money. I got an announcement on a winnings of $20 for one sweepstakes. All I need do was sign the release...no money...
