As per RTI response from KPA survey number 119/1 and 119/2 are suppose to be used for open space and park and KPA has not given permission for sheds. But still BEL constructed shed parking in that area.
As per RTI response it looks unauthorized construction. We need legality clarification of construction of shed parking in survey number 119/2 and 119/1 from Brigade Enterprises Ltd.

Dear sir,
Its for your kind knowledge that I booked one 3 BHK flat in Brigade Golden Triangle on 31/03/2013 by paying Rs 10, 000, 00/ during pre-launch offer.
I was allotted flat E-X-533 in march 2013. Total cost of the land and construction was divided in equal installments.Installments were scheduled in every 2 months interval. Last schedule payment was on or before 31/12/2015. As per agreement, proposed date of handover...

I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAVE APPLIED FOR 256 SHARES OF BRIGADE ENTERPRISES LTD AND RS 99,840 HAS BEEN PAID BY ME. I HAVE BEEN ALLOTED 57 SHARES OF RS 390 EACH .TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND ORDER OF THE SAME.
