I am sunny from fashion mall surat
this is complaint about bright international, the worse and poor courier company, i gave him a courier for mauritius on 18 oct, after few days they said they are not getting customer address, i asked the customer for same but she did not replied, and then i told to bright that you can return my parcel. and he told me ok i will return by today evening on 5th nov. and could not do the same after...

The courier services for Surat to Dubai is like,First they will send courier from Surat to Mumbai (Air Wings services),then after payment done by surat (Bright International),Air wings Mumbai will send to dubai,Normally it will take Maximum four days,but it has been delayed for 10 Days.
