On 28th Aug we bougt a Britannia Top Biscuit pkt. and found a pcs. of hair in a biscuit. Immediately we inform company customer care at 12:30 noon, but till today they not even bother to say sorry....

Fly inside the sealed pack of britannia biscuit

I am working at cognizant technology soluion. I bought the britannia top biscuit from my canteen and it was a sealed pack. I teared opened the pack and i ate two biscuits from it. When i too the third one I was in a shock to see a fly actually dead and baked along with the biscuit. The next day i had food poisoning..!! When i think trust worthed companies like britannia dont have the quality check and its reall deppressing and i ned a compensation...
