Lost Luggage

My baggage was delayed by BA over 3 weeks ago. Till this date I have received no compensation from them. Not even a single call expressing their apology or assuring me of the fact that I am entitled to compensation and will be duly provided that.

Their lack of professionalism is despicable. They do not reply to mails or receive calls. Infact, their customer relations office in New York doesn't even have a telephone number...

Baggage claim

Hi, this is Siva Reddy Vippala. I did travel in the month of Mar 2008. I did miss my Baggage with British Airways flight. I did receive my Baggage back after 3 days. For these three days I had to spend some money in buying some formal dress code for my Office. The bill was around $ 280.

I did claim it to BA and there was some response intially for asking my Itemized bills and other receipts.

I can confirm that the e-mail you received advertising jobs in British Airways did not come from British Airways nor any person acting on British Airways behalf. All official communication from British Airways is through ba.com.

I would recommend that you do not respond to the e-mail address given and have no further dealings with the addressee....

Negligence of duty towards those with mobility difficulties

I have an ongoing grievance with british airways since june 2006, due to their negligence of duty towards those with mobility difficulties.
Although wheelchairs were booked in advance, none were given to my three elderly family members in the age group of 70/80 years, travelling under my escort.
I have all the correspondence with ba regarding this grievance.
My complaints in this regard to the civil aviation authority...

Unauthorise transactions fom a savings a/c

HI i work for british airways and i have a salaried a/c with your bank for 2 years.
