I purchase BSA ROAMER + for my use but charging not happening i had visited showroom in HYDERABAD but no person i their and they say that company had closed the division and call to c care NO [protected] .
it rings but no one reply call and i am not able to use the scooter since 2 month

I HAVE ROAMER PLUS FORM BSA MOTORS PURCHASED IN 2009.. NO SERRVCIE AVAILABEL. BATTERY GOT DAMGED WITH IN 2 YEARS. SPAERS BATTERIES NOT AVAILABLE. SERVICE ENGINEER TOOK 2 MONTHS TO VIST AND DIAGNOSE. AND NOW NO SPARES AVAILABLE...

i bought a E scooter (street rider) from Puducherry BSA motors in the year 2011 and periodically serviced on time but just today the battery became weak and I could not move out the vehicle. From the instruction from the service point I took the battery, where he said that the battery was bulged. The battery was in warranty period. i have given this complaint and surrendered the battery for the replacement. But...

1.FIRST THEY TOLD UPTO 2 YEARS BATTERY WILL BE GOOD AND GIVE MILAGE 70 KM PER FULL CHARGE BUT WITHIN 1 YEAR MILAGE IS 20KM
2.WITHIN 6 MONTHS MY VEHICLE PAINT CAME OUT AND COLOUR FADED.THEN THEY CHANGED PARTS BUT NOW AGAIN 7 OR 8 MONTHS COLOUR FADED.
3.I SENT ACTION LETTER BUT THEY DIDNT REPILED SO PLEASE TAKO NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THEM...

My claint had send a parcel in the name of saravanan on 23/10/2008 from neyveli to chennai ambattur(BSA MOTORS )Ti Cycle factory, I got a call on 24th from proffessonal courior but still we are not received the parcel It was sent by Domestic cargo doccut no: 134788 Dt 23/10/2008 kindly look into this matter very seriously and deliver the parcel as soon as possible .kindly do the needful.
