Even i also want to register complint againt this company they are fraud they are making people fool i lost 9000 for this company kindly take action againts this company fraud company. First company name was this in google you can find it www.bulksmslabs.com now the company name has been changed to www.bulksmspack.com kindly do something

They have taken me 20 k for 5 lac sms and now they are not picking my phone and not answering of my call.. I have call several now they are demanding more 15 k for sms panel.. So guys pls care full from this company..

The company is bulk sms service provider and promises to give support 24*7. They also promise us to charge on delivery basis. I had purchased the 2 lakh sms by paying 9000 in advance on 22nd january 2018 but they are failed in providing the services and even they are not picking the phone call and even not response on mail. We trying to send sms to their portal and status are shown in their portal is delivered but actually, they are not sending....

This company is making fool every person who purchase sms. They just want to take money, after that forgot everything. I have given 9000 rupess for 2 lakh sms but due to service is very poor (Not just poor worst) and as we have given complaint on this form, they are saying "as you given complaint, we have closed your account and we will not give you service and not return money"

It is my suggestion...

Purchased 2 lakh bulk sms of rs. @9000 by paytm on date 24 january 2018.

But sms is not delivering & deducting in main balance. They are not picking up
Phone or not replying on online chat app.

I dont want to continue ur service so refund my amount plz as a resell account its hamper my business... Plz corporate me or i will bound to take legal action on it.
