Sir,
i applied for duplicate birth certificate of 10th class roll no. 122779 passed in 1983 from D.A.V. higher secondary School, Sector-8, Chandigarh. I deposited all documents along with affidavit on stamp paper attested by First class magistrate on 30.08.1991 with MO 22/- but till date I have not received the same. I also sent the reminder on 12.10.1992. still I didn’t get the certificate yet.
Please do the needful...

With due regards, I am Shantam Mathuria student of class 12. I changed my board after class 10 (from CBSE in 10th to MP board in 11th).
I posted my TC for counter sign to: REGIONAL OFFICER, CBSE TODARMAL MARG, AJMER, PIN:305001, on 19/04/2011 by INDIAN SPEEDPOST SERVICE.But I have not got my TC back.
