Their drivers are cheaters but company wash off their hands after getting their commission. I provided them all the proofs but they safe guarded their beloved drivers.

All their vehicles are private which is punishable under Section 66 of the TS Motor Vehicle Act and under Section 192 A. As they are illicit operations, strict action would be initiated against them.

Please refund the full amount of my cancelled booking. The agent unethically told me that you don't give any refunds when I asked to cancel the booking as the cab was coming an hour late! She said you can use the voucher in the next cab booking.

Next day when I booked antihero cab they only adjusted the advance amount against the voucher rest I had to pay to the cab guy again!

I booked a cab from Deoghar to Kolkata on 18th Jun. While booking it was confirmed that cab will come within 2-3 hours and advance booking amount was taken before booking. The Taxi was booked for 17th night from Chandigarh airport to Manali. The taxi was postponed twice, new driver never arrived. Waited for over 3 hours in the night with two senior citizens aged 80 and 75. Customer service not helpful at all.
