I purchased direct and indirect tax combo of ca bhavishya sri for rs. 19500, before the purchase it was informed to me that videos are updated and contains full content of both the subjects and the duration of the videos will be one year. Unfortunately to my surprise these were not updated and also some of the important concepts were missing, i approached the ca kart team they informed that they will share the amendments for the same

I have purchased cfr pd classes of sanjay welkins sir and they assured me of 180 hrs. But it's not of the said period and they gave me online access and need to download all the lecture, hence if i have to download then why they charge mi pd cost. They should charge mi link cost and must refund the excessive frees collected.
Though i have downloaded the lecture still this are incomplete and the download are vanished automatically...

I had made an online purchase of fr and sfm on cakart for around 20000 bucks under ca final new syllabus. Fr as quoted on the website is for 180 hrs of duration but i only recd 30 hrs of lectures and sfm for 120 hrs which i recd only for 56 hours. When i tried to contact the site their response was inappropriate and are defending their actions and there executives. Later today i got to know that complete video lectures are not yet recorded...

I have purchse video lecture+books of ca final dt for may 2019 (Mehul thakker)
I have only received the video lecture. Its also old lecture whichare not applicable for may 2019.
I have called several time your caller but the dont pick my call.
Plsease solve my problem. And provide me new lecture and books.

I purchased tax book and pendrive for november 2017 ca final attempt of jaishree soni (Corporate and allied law) on 20/07/2017 from ca kart team and i paid 7100 fees that my order number:[protected]-42868407.

But i received those lecture and notes which was deleted from ca final corporate and allied law and 50% lecture was not relevant for me because it was deleted from ca final.

Also lecture has not include...

Why? 9 days have been passed to pay for classes & till date i am unable to use your classes. Tat the time of payment the caller assure they will help us but now i have dial the no.[protected] so many times but there is no revert on their behalf.

I purchased tax book and pendrive for June 2017 of arpit gupta tax clases on 27 march arpit gupta team said it will be recive by you with 3 _ 4 days and stil m not recive my book.i paid 8500 fir that my order id[protected]and after consulting so many students they said there pendrive not run on their system.only one month left in my exam still I have not recive my book.So it's not possible for me to complete whole syllabus in one month.so...

I purchased classes for tax by arpit gupta for c.s final.
Paid for pen drive and book. Received DVDs and photocopy of book. Classes do not run in my system despite the fact that it meets all the requirements as prescribed in the product description. The customer care executive do no answer my calls. The vender Arpit gupta is as pathetic as this site. Called them like 20 times for 12 days..but issue was not resolved.they say call Cakart..cakart...

I had ordered book on : Code of Civil Procedure 1908 and Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 by Taxmann on 05.09.2016 vide Order No.[protected]-18261099.

But this is to inform you that today i.e. 10.09.2016 I have received only one book on Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. and the other title is missing and further no content relating to the later was present in the book received.

Dear sir, i placed my order for cs prof. Books and notes on cakart.in site dated 08/08/2016. And my order number is[protected]-16849577. But company not provide any books or notes....

Drafting and advance tax lectures, i have purchased both lectures of ace tutorial from ca kart and charged for rs 11000 however i got pricelist from ace tutorial for rs 9000 only and apart from this the counseller making false promise that these vedio i can watch any number of times but from ace tutorial i came to know that same is valid for only certain hours.

For clarification when i called the ca kart conseller she starts...

Dear Sir, I have purchased cakart product of direct tax video lecture in pendrive to watch video lecture in my computer but before that cakart issue key in which you have to put that key in cakart application so that you watch the video lecture But from cakart site provide me invalid key . I cant watch video lecture when I ask to issue new generated key or refund me money they are not ready to issue another instead of invalid key and...
