Ihhav placed an order yesterday... N received order confirmation via email.. but now the is no response from the website.. I hav email them but no reply, thr is no contact no to contact them feel like this is fake website as now I can see so many Complains for website, plz help me to get my refund.. this is fake website n fraud people never use this website...

I placed an order with cakeportal.com and payment was made via zaakpay. My gpay shows the transaction is complete and money has been deducted from my account. I even got confirmation email from zaakpay regarding the transaction against my cakeportal.com order. However, my order was cancelled within an hour after payment was made and there is no sign of refund. There is no way to contact these people as they do no respond to email...

I order a cake and did the payment, they didn't delivered the cake and ask me to do payment again as their delivery partner was not willing to delivery without extract charge. Crux is they didn't deliver the cake....

Cake has been ordered but not delivered no reply from the company i want my money back...

Payment done on 22nd August 700 Rs. Rakhi not delivered order canceled and amount not refunded these are some fraud people as I can see the review this site should be closed and man behind it should be arrested as he is spoiling the trust of ecom...

Ordered a gift on 27th July as they promised to delivery on the same day. But not delivered and no responce for online complaint. Order No. 24269 dated 27th July 2021 and the status of order has changed to postponed...

Order teddy with chocolates on 27th July on cakeportal.com as they promised to delivery on the same. But they didn't"t delivery and no responce. order status has been updated as postponed. No responce to online complaint and don't know how to reach them.

I have added cake on Cakeportal.com before 8 days. Order No-22616
But no cake delever.
Also not refund up to till date....

I ordered a cake on 22.05.2021 but this frauds didn’t delivered the cake and also not refunding the amount..the amount is Rs. 1174...
