I applied for E C S phone no[protected] & [protected] at joka customer care center on[protected].Its not debit from my a/c for last bill till now[protected].Result line would be disconnect due to non payment.please take necessary action to active the E C S

My land line No[protected] and broad band facility has been out of order for more that 45 days.
I have personally visited the JOKA exchange and narrated the problem to JTO in addition to my automatic
complain. I have made several call to SDE and AREA MANAGER and JTO in the following mobile no
[protected] , [protected] &[protected] . In spite of my several reminder neither my land line is live nor
my broad band...

I have BSNL Landline along with Broadband connection, Broadband number 24161702 under “Home Combo 199 Monthly”. The date of installation was August 28, 2009. From the very first day, August 28, 2009 the Landline was out of service as the receiver was expired before this day. When I asked the person who came for installation, they told me that the entire receivers are already expired. So I have to accept the expired receiver. After accepting...

I have booked a complaint on 4/3/2010 with Calcutta Telephone as my landline phone[protected] does not work properly.My docket no. is Q3231.I also met a senior officer Mr. S. Bhattacharrya and he assured me that the reparing w'd be done very quickly.But nothing hasbeen done till today.

Sub: Excess Telephone Bill against my Telephone No[protected]

Dear Sir

For past few months I have observed that I am getting exorbitant monthly bill amounts, which I have paid regularly.

Please note that I had applied for a Manik Jod Cell phone (No[protected] after which I started getting bills on monthly basis. But even the same was not in use after you have imposed Rs. 40 as monthly charges...

Our phone no[protected] is dead since 7th September 2009.

Complain made to Telephone exchange Jadavpur without any response though they are promising for the same when ever I called them....

my telephone dead on 28.07.2009 lodge a complain under docate no. l6962 on 31.08.2009 till not attandet...
