Cancellation Charges Complaints & Reviews

I booked the cab, the driver was allotted, he was 1 min away from the pick up point from last 5-7 mins. I called him twice he didn't pick up. That's why I was left with no option but cancellation. First of all, I need to know, what are these charges for? and secondly, if they are for cancellation, then it is not my mistake. Revoke the charges asap, I am not able to use my Uber Account....

I booked ola cabs 3 to 4 times
I had some old relatives aging about 85 years
My travel was very short distance it could have taken about 5 minutes to
Complete the trip, but all drivers either cancelled trips or did not reply
I waited there for 15 minutes then i made my relatives walk to home
